In his works appear people with pensive faces silhouetted against smoky backgrounds, chipped walls where truncated inscriptions evoke political facts and collective events, shared myths and advertising slogans, bare trees crossed by electric wires, semi-dark urban landscapes and large suburban roads that seem to run through landfills.\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h3>Polesine and countryside <\/h3>\n<div>\n<p>(Wax) drawing and black and white painting (tempera) are a constant in Vietri\u2019s artistic production: studies, notes, diary, but also a specific expressive choice to represent particular themes such as the floods in the Po delta and the padano-venete countryside.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<\/div>\n<h1>Gallery<\/h1>\n<div>\n<p>Vietri\u2019s iconography appears here in its entirety, <em>Faces and People, Squares and Streets, Cars and Houses, Trees and Countryside<\/em> to tell the story of mass society through its own language, that of the <em>mass media.<\/em>\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2>Events &#038; News<\/h2>\n<div>News and information on new events related to Tullio Vietri and ongoing activities within the Atelier.<br \/>\nHighlights of special moments, near and far.\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<\/div>\n<p>\n    <a href=\"\/en\/eventi-e-news\/\">View Events &#038; News<\/a>\n<\/p>\n<div>\n<h2>The Atelier<\/h2>\n<p>Tullio Vietri<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>The atelier preserves the family\u2019s rich pictorial and graphic collection (approximately 1,500 pieces, between paintings and graphics). It periodically organizes temporary exhibitions within its spaces, in order to promote knowledge about the collection, displaying the works in rotation.<\/p>\n<p>It is located in Bologna in Via Saragozza 135 under the historic portico of San Luca.<br \/>The Atelier can be visited, by appointment, from October to June.
